Shaded from an untamed Cyprus sun under gentian sky
Two bodies, strangers, drying in heat,
Twin skins, cautiously tinted by that temptress sun,
Escape under separate blossoming parasols.
Lustful yet subtle, Rayburn shielded glances
Are exchanged. Twin skins scanned.
She, head pointing to wild beach play,
Has shaded eyes only for his muscled chest,
Solid thighs and heart-stopping speedo mound
He, equally keen on beach activity,
Is darkly viewing white edges of pert breasts,
Peaking over bikini top. Delicate thighs,
That fascinate at that V point.
Curl of golden hair at shoulder asks to be caressed.
For each, what comes next?
A word? A smile? Both?
It is both.
Casually he talks of the heat,
She smiles and the golden head nods,
She agrees, and conversing begins.
Raybans removed, face studies face.
Blues gaze into browns.
Twin hearts reach for answers
As twin skins are turned to each other.
Talk absorbs them, before
Refreshments are suggested.
Together, dancing, laughingly,
Over stinging hot sands,
As Helios and Eos together reach
To touch again those twin skins,
Quickly café-shaded from the rays,
They refresh and laughing goes on,
As each ponders on why
Twin hungry hearts are finding answers.
Laughter and a disguised promise,
Of approaching joy, lasts through daylight hours.
In darkness of late evening, twin skins press,
Flint on flint rubbed together will give sparks.
But these twin skins coming together,
Stroking and loving,
Give flame to twin hearts that are
Willingly welded and melded
Towards forever.
