The Park Date

"Chelsea and James meet up with Angela before the pair decide to go on a date in the city"

Chelsea tried not to fidget as she and James waited inside a casual American/Mediterranean-style restaurant situated about halfway between downtown Chicago and O’Hare Airport. They had made sure to be early to their scheduled appointment. Chelsea was reluctant to even call it a date because she wasn’t sure what it would be.

They were meeting up with Angela, the waitress she had been texting over the past week. Angela had been checking them out while waiting on them on a previous date and Chelsea had decided to leave a note asking her if she wanted to hang out, and now here they were.

Chelsea was still afraid that the girl might be a no-show. She honestly wouldn’t blame her if she did stand them up. She was coming to meet two total strangers about ten years older who had left her a random note on a restaurant bill.

She had gotten some basic information about Angela from their texting. She was eighteen years old, and her full name was Angela Guzman. She was willing to tell Chelsea a lot more, but Chelsea politely asked her to hold it for the meeting, if for no other reason than it would give them something to talk about. Not that discussion topics would likely be an issue.

To Chelsea’s relief, Angela soon appeared through the restaurant’s entrance. She wore a white, off-the-shoulder, crop-top blouse and blue jean shorts. Angela glanced around and quickly spotted the pair waiting for her, flashing a big smile when she did.

“Hihihi, uh … hi!” she excitedly greeted the pair.

Chelsea let out a laugh. “Sit down,” she offered as she motioned towards the chair across from hers.

“Uh, yeah, of course,” Angela chattered, setting a small purse on the table and taking the seat. “Uh, nice to meet you too. Uh, again. Kinda weird seeing you in casual clothes after only having images of you in your fancy stuff from the restaurant.”

Chelsea let out another laugh. The girl was undoubtedly excited. Or nervous. Or both. In any case, it was entertaining. “Yeah. So, I guess the first and obvious question—not to immediately turn this into an interrogation—is what caught your eye about us?”

“Sorry about that.” Angela let out a nervous laugh. “Like I kind of said, I could just kinda tell you two were out on a date or something. And, I don’t know. There was just something about you two that drew me to you. Like you two are just … cool or something, I don’t know, it’s hard to describe. But I didn’t want to be weird and just be like ‘Hey, let’s be friends’ to a couple of strangers who were just stopping in. So I guess I just, I dunno, wanted to try to hang out as much as I could without being weird and obvious. Although I guess I ended up being kinda obvious.”

Chelsea let out another little laugh. “Yeah, a little bit. James was oblivious at first, but I could tell right away. Just the way you were looking at us. I told him you were checking us out.” James just nodded in agreement with the story.

“Yeah, sorry. I guess I kinda was. You two were just kinda so, I mean if I can say it without being weird, kinda hot to me.”

Chelsea flashed a big grin. “It’s alright.”

“So I guess I just thought I would take in as much as I could since I was never gonna see you again unless you just happened to come back. And then I saw the note on the check when I picked it up. I actually couldn’t read it for a while because I was busy, but when I did, I was just kinda stunned. Like, I thought it was gonna be you telling me how much I sucked or something. Or stop being weird by staring at us. I didn’t think you may want to meet up.”

“I guess you can say you left an impression on us as well,” James chimed in for the first time.

Angela blushed a bit. “I guess …” she let out a little nervous laugh. “What about me made you notice me? If I can ask.”

James looked over at Chelsea and Chelsea shrugged. “I guess I was just surprised how you were checking us out. Then we thought you were kinda cute ourselves. You wore the outfit at the restaurant well, if that makes sense. We were curious enough to see if there was any interest there.”

“I mean, I guess I had put it out of my head that there would be anything like that. Just a girls’ fantasy while trying to get through work, you know? And then like, POW, for real they might be interested in you too. I’m not sure I’ve stopped being dizzy from that yet.” Angela moved her hands while explaining. She was clearly an animated conversationalist.

“Well, before we go further, do you want to order something?” James interjected.

“Oh yeah, sure. Um, let me see …” Angela then peered over at the menu behind the counter and considered her options. “I guess I’ll get the chicken shawarma on pita bread, fries, and a chocolate shake.

“And you?” he then turned to Chelsea.

“Oh, uh, the eggcellent burger, fries, and a banana shake,” Chelsea relayed. She had decided what she wanted even before Angela arrived but then had almost forgotten.

“Alright, I’ll be right back,” James replied before walking over to the order counter.

“So, what do you think of us? Like, who do you think we are? What makes us ‘us?’” Chelsea asked curiously.

“That’s definitely a question,” Angela considered with a laugh. “I feel there is something about you. You let off such strong vibes at the restaurant, which is what attracted me to you in the first place. Like, I take it you two are together?”

“We are,” Chelsea confirmed.

“You’d think that would be a giant blaring ‘no’ sign for trying to flirt, but, I don’t know. Like I said the vibe was like you’d be cool with it, and I guess you were. Not everyone would notice what I did, much less be open enough to invite me to meet, so I feel like you are perceptive and open-minded. Maybe up for a little spice in your life. Untraditional in a way somehow?” Andrea was looking at Chelsea as if she was trying to figure out exactly what to think.

“I guess you can say all of those are true, to varying degrees, yes,” Chelsea commented. “And I suppose your willingness to flirt with a couple you figured were together suggests a lot of the same things about you.”

Angela slightly blushed. “Yeah, maybe. I just—it’s complicated.”

“It’s alright if you don’t want to talk about that right now. We did just meet after all,” Chelsea reassured her with a slight smile.

“Yeah, thanks. Maybe someday. But some things are hard to open up about, you know?”

“Oh trust me, I know.”

“Orders up!” James announced as he returned with a tray piled with food, handing out the orders to everyone at the table.

The trio continued to talk as they enjoyed their lunch. Angela talked about how she was working nearly full-time, not being able to afford college at the moment, while Chelsea and James explained how they had just recently moved to Chicago and were still trying to get their bearings on things.

“Oh, I might be able to point you to some of the things around town. Not that I’ve gotten a chance to go to a lot of them. But I at least know they exist!” Angela excitedly offered.

“That could be a big help, thanks! It can be a bit overwhelming at times even trying to decide what to do,” Chelsea lamented. “What’s the one place you really wanted to go to but haven’t yet?”

Angela thought for a bit. “Maybe the planetarium out by the beach. I was unfortunately sick the one time when my class went to visit and I just never got a chance to go.”

“We should take you there sometime. What does your day look like?” Chelsea inquired.

“Oh, unfortunately, I can’t today. I have work later. But thanks for the offer! I’d love to!” If you’re looking for something to do today, it’s such a nice day you could visit one of the parks. I hear Lincoln Park is particularly nice. Millennium Park has that shiny bean thing. Or you could go to one of the museums. There is both a good Art museum and a Science museum.”

“Thanks for the suggestions!” James chimed in. “All of those sound pretty fun.”

“Yeah. Again, I haven’t gotten a chance to go to them, but I’ve heard they are nice,” Angela added.

The group finished their lunch and started to get up.

“Are you sure you don’t want to do anything with us this afternoon?” Chelsea asked.

“No, I need to get home and get ready for work. Thanks for the invitation, though,” Angela lamented.

“Do you need a ride home?” James inquired.

“I couldn’t ask you to do that. No, no no. I’ll just take the bus back,” Angela quickly and vigorously declined.

“Alright, if you insist,” James shrugged.

“Well, it was fun meeting you, and I hope to hang out with you a bit more, alright?” Chelsea smiled, hugging Angela.

“Thanks! It was fun. I look forward to it!” With that Angela departed the restaurant, followed by Chelsea and James.

“Think she’ll be alright getting home?” Chelsea asked once inside their car.

“She’s lived here her whole life, it sounds like. I’m sure she knows how to get around far better than we do,” James surmised. “So, what do you want to do? Speaking of the bus, it will probably be easier just to park back at home and take the bus or walk wherever we’re going.”

“That science museum sounded interesting, and also those parks,” Chelsea suggested as she started to search for information on her phone. “Lincoln Park is huge! It has a freaking zoo! And there is a history museum right there as well if we want to consider that. There is also a nature museum on the north side. But they all close early. The museums around 4 p.m. and the zoo at 5 p.m. I feel like that’d be a better option if we could go earlier.”

“Ah, yeah, that’s a shame. That may not be the best choice today,” James lamented.

“We could go to one of the other museums, but they also close at four and five. If we want to stay out longer, we’ll need to figure out something else to do. There are some parks right there next to the art museum that are open late. And it’s only a mile and a half from our place.”

“Okay, let’s do that, then,” James decided.

The pair drove back to their condo, Chelsea buying tickets for the art museum ahead of time to make sure they could actually get in. She figured they would have maybe three hours to enjoy their time there.

Once they parked, they quickly got refreshed in their condo before heading back out. The pair walked towards their destination, passing by another attraction they took note to visit sometime: the Museum of Contemporary Art. The trip took them down a series of busy Chicago streets, and Chelsea realized she hadn’t really appreciated just how many high-rise buildings were in the city until now. They eventually crossed the Chicago River before walking through part of Millenium Park and finally to The Art Institute of Chicago.

Chelsea and James didn’t want to rush, but they did want to try to see as many of the good exhibits as possible. As they explored the first floor, they visited exhibitions displaying art from Rome, Greece, and Byzantine; from 17th to 19th century Americas; and from Asia—mostly from south and southeast Asia as far as Chelsea could tell.

They then visited a section specifically for art of Japan, China, and Korea where they happened upon the famous “wave” painting: Under the Wave off Kanagawa.

“Oh wow, I didn’t know this was here!” Chelsea effused. “I’ve seen this in a ton of books but never thought I’d see it in person!” She bounced on her toes like an excited teenage girl.

“Yeah, it’s pretty cool,” James observed in a much more calm manner.

They then walked through several more exhibits displaying artifacts from the ancient Americas, Africa, and Egypt. They then proceeded to another section displaying art from 1860 to 1950 America.

“I know that one too!” Chelsea excitedly pointed. In front of her was another painting: American Gothic—the famous painting of the pitchfork-holding farmer and his daughter in front of a white house.

James just laughed at her reaction. He was indeed impressed by the pieces they were able to see here, but Chelsea was practically flipping out.

Chelsea’s excitement didn’t diminish as their next destination was the Impressionism section, which included several pieces by Vincent van Gogh, including his Self-Portrait, The Poet’s Garden, and Fishing in Spring. She would have spent even more time gawking over the paintings, except they had already spent nearly two hours at the museum by this point, and there was only about an hour left before it closed, and they still had several large exhibits to try to get to.

They quickly breezed through a couple of exhibitions with European art before arriving in the Painting and Sculpture of Europe section. This section was a downright bonanza, including pieces such as Old Man with Gold Chain by Rembrandt, Arrival of the Normandy Train—and several others—by Claude Monet, Two Sisters (On the Terrace) by Renoir, another couple of van Gogh paintings and, perhaps James’ favorite: The Eruption of Vesuvius by Pierre-Jacques Volaire.

The pair took a full half hour to peruse this section, wanting to admire the vast array of famous artwork and artists on display. Finally, they had to pull themselves away. They still had one more major section to visit and only a half hour before the museum closed.

They then made their way up to the final section they were going to have time to visit: The International Modern Art section. This exhibit included several paintings by Picasso, as well as the sideways hanging Lozenge Composition with Yellow, Black, Blue, Red, and Gray by Piet Mondrian and a painting that made Chelsea break out into giggles: The Anthropomorphic Tower by Salvador Dalí.

It was here that Chelsea and James ran into what seemed to be another couple perusing the museum. They appeared to be a few years younger—probably in their lower to mid-twenties—with the boy standing behind the girl with his arms wrapped around her front.

“Why aren’t you holding me like that?” Chelsea teased James.

“Oh, I can do better,” he replied, sneaking behind her and then leaning in to kiss her neck, moving his hands so they were halfway up her torso.

The other couple seemed to notice, and the girl turned her head and started kissing her boyfriend as he lifted one of his hands and placed it over one of her breasts.

The two couples were now in a silent competition to see who could snuggle the most in the middle of an art gallery. One of James’ hands moved down and cupped Chelsea’s groin, causing her to giggle.

This seemed to break the silence in the contest and all four of them broke out in slight giggles at what they were doing.

The two couples briefly introduced each other and exchanged greetings, commenting on the art in the museum before an announcement came over the PA system saying the museum was closing in fifteen minutes.

“You were starting to get me wet,” Chelsea teased as she and James rode the elevator back down to the first level.

“What are you going to do about it?” James whispered in her ear.

“What do you mean?” she giggled in return.

“There is apparently a family, single-use restroom that we passed on the way in,” he stated simply.

It took Chelsea a second to register what he suggested. “You’re serious?”

“I am if you are,” he smirked.

The elevator opened on the first level and they walked back in the direction of the entrance. As they passed the restrooms, Chelsea quickly looked around. No one seemed to be looking. She grabbed James’ hands and pulled him with her into the single-use restroom, locking the door behind her and giggling the whole way there.

“We’ve got like ten minutes, right?” she asked, pulling off her shirt and bra before slipping her shorts and panties off.

“Yeah, something like that,” James replied, getting unclothed as well.

The pair then started making out, with James pressing Chelsea against the cool wall of the restroom. They each reached down and started manually stimulating the other as James moved down to start kissing around her collarbone.

Chelsea let out a moan. “Fuck me!” she demanded.

She raised her left leg and wrapped it behind James, and in reaction, he grabbed her leg to hold it up and put his other hand to hold her from behind as she slightly reclined back. He then pushed himself into her and they started having sex in the ballet dancer position.

Chelsea looked into James’ eyes and gave him a sultry expression as he continued to thrust into her, letting out the occasional soft moan.

“Five minutes until the museum closes,” was the message that played over the PA system. James increased his pace and Chelsea clung to him more tightly. This wasn’t the ideal position, but it was still fun.

James started to moan more and Chelsea could feel herself slowly building up. Chelsea wasn’t sure she was going to make it, though, and also decided on how she wanted to end the encounter.

“I’m about to cum …” James warned.

“Here, let me down,” Chelsea advised. James did so and Chelsea dropped to her knees and started sucking and jacking him off. It didn’t take but a few more seconds for James to release several squirts of cum into Chelsea’s mouth.

After James was done, Chelsea stood up, opened her mouth to display his present, then closed her mouth and swallowed. “Yummy!” she added with a grin. She then reached down to grab her clothes.

“Hey, I dare you to go commando for the rest of the day,” James…
