Chapter Three – Part two – Employment Contract
Mistress-Maid Employment Agreement
This Mistress-Maid Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into on this [START DATE] by and between:

Maid (Employee):
Name: Sarah Margaret Wellesley
Address: The Manor, Highgrove Hill, maid resides in servant’s quarters
Contact Information: No personal contact privileges granted
Both parties voluntarily agree to enter into this Agreement under the terms outlined below:
1. Boundaries and Consent
Both parties agree that all activities conducted under this Agreement will be consensual and within mutually agreed-upon boundaries. This Agreement does not permit any form of abuse or violation of local laws.
2. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement establishes a consensual employment relationship wherein the Maid agrees to provide the full-time domestic services as defined by the Mistress.
These services may include, but are not limited to, personal assistance, household tasks, ceremonial duties, and any intimate or symbolic service or other duties as the Mistress requires.
The Mistress agrees to provide guidance, oversight, and compensation in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Terms of Employment
The Maid agrees to serve and obey the Mistress in accordance with her instructions, preferences, and expectations.
The Mistress shall have absolute authority in assigning tasks and responsibilities to the Maid.
The Maid acknowledges that her role is one of complete subjugation and discipline within the boundaries set forth by this Agreement.
4. Compensation
As compensation for services rendered, the Mistress agrees to provide:
A small room for accommodation. The Mistress will decide what furniture — if any — is allowed in the room provided for the Maid.
Daily meals will be provided to ensure the Maid’s continued health and ability to perform duties.
Clothing, including uniforms and shoes, which will be provided by the Mistress and must be worn at all times during service.
The Maid is strictly prohibited from using personal items or wearing personal clothing while employed under this Agreement. Additionally:
No personal belongings — if any — will be visible in the Maid’s room at any time. The Room are subject to random inspection.
5. Uniform and Shoe Requirements
Uniform Requirements:
The Maid will wear uniforms provided exclusively by the Mistress, consisting of tailored outfits designed to reflect neatness and appropriateness at all times.
Uniforms must remain clean, well-maintained, and worn without modification. No personal clothing or accessories are permitted while performing duties under this Agreement.
Shoe Requirements:
Shoes provided by the Mistress will have a minimum height of heel of 3 inches (7.5 cm). Maximum height of heel will be determined solely by the Mistress based on her preferences or specific requirements.
All shoes must be worn as provided, without modification or substitution.
The Maid is not allowed to remove her shoes at any time unless explicitly instructed to do so by the Mistress, or when showering, or in bed for sleep.
6. Appearance Standards and Behavior
The Mistress reserves the exclusive right to determine how the Maid’s hair should be styled, including its length, color, and overall appearance. The Maid agrees to comply fully with these requirements as part of her duties.
Additionally:
The Maid must always strive to look her best in accordance with the standards set by the Mistress.
The Maid’s appearance should reflect cleanliness, elegance, and full adherence to any grooming instructions provided by the Mistress.
The Maid is never allowed to sit or otherwise use any furniture outside her designated room unless explicitly granted permission or instructed to do so by the Mistress.
7. Service Commitment
The Maid agrees to be at the service of the Mistress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year unless otherwise specified by the Mistress.
8. Communication Protocol
The Maid is prohibited from speaking directly to the Mistress without explicit permission. If communication is necessary:
The Maid must locate the Mistress and remain present until granted permission to speak.
Any unauthorized attempts at communication will be considered a breach of protocol.
9. Disciplinary Measures
The Mistress reserves the right to administer corporal punishment if the Maid fails to perform assigned tasks satisfactorily, violates rules outlined in this Agreement, or exhibits behavior deemed unacceptable by the Mistress.
The Maid understands that punishment, once declared, is non-negotiable.
Examples of Punishments
The Mistress may choose one or more of the following disciplinary measures based on her discretion:
Corner Time: The Maid will stand silently in a designated corner for a period determined by the Mistress.
Spanking: Bare-hand spanking on a bare bottom or with a hairbrush or similar item while positioned over the knees of the Mistress.
Disciplinary use of household implements: Spanking with utensils deemed appropriate for punishment purposes, (e.g., spatulas, spoons.
More severe and/or alternative punishment:
Caning: Caning applied to the Maid’s bare bottom, as determined by the severity of the infraction.
Whipping: Whipping may be administered at the Mistress’s discretion.
Kneeling on Rice: The Maid will kneel on raw rice for a set period to induce discomfort as a reminder of her behavior.
Chore Punishment: Repeating tedious tasks, such as cleaning and organizing items multiple times unnecessarily or stripping and remaking a bed layer by layer repeatedly.
Furniture Use: The Maid may be required to act as furniture, such as serving as a footstool or table, for a designated period.
Crawling: The Maid must crawl everywhere instead of walking for a set duration as part of her punishment.
Naked Chores: Performing household tasks without clothing to emphasize submission and humility.
Orgasm Denial: Restricting sexual release for a set duration or using edging techniques without climax as punishment for disobedience or poor performance.
Chastity Devices: The Maid may be required to wear chastity devices to enforce denial of sexual pleasure during her employment period or as part of disciplinary measures.
Writing Lines or Essays: Writing repetitive lines or essays about her behavior, acknowledging her mistakes and committing to improvement.
Requesting Termination of Contract, Due to Punishment
If the Maid does not accept a punishment administered by the Mistress, she may request termination of this Agreement as outlined in Paragraph 13 (Termination Clause). How ever:
The punishment will still be carried out in full as a consequence of her behavior while employed under this Agreement.
After administering the punishment, the Mistress will consider the Maid’s request for termination in accordance with Paragraph 13.
10. Confidentiality
The Maid agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of her service to the Mistress, including personal information, tasks performed, disciplinary measures administered, and any private matters disclosed during employment.
Maid may not speak of her service, past identity, or punishment to anyone.
11. Mistress’s Right to Amend
The Mistress reserves the right to make additions or amendments to this Agreement at any time if she deems it necessary to clarify certain rules or expectations related to this employment contract.
If amendments are made:
Any amendments made are binding.
The Maid has the right to request termination of this Agreement if she does not consent to these changes.
Should such a request occur, Paragraph 13 (Termination Clause) will apply in full effect.
12. Duration of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on signing this document.
This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by the Mistress or as otherwise specified in Paragraphs 11 or 13.
13. Termination Clause
The Mistress reserves the exclusive right to terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
If termination occurs:
The Maid must leave the premises immediately or as instructed by the Mistress.
The Maid may take her personal belongings (if any) upon departure.
At her sole discretion, the Mistress may grant one pair of shoes and one working dress for use after termination of this contract.
If no clothing is provided and none belongs to the Maid, she may be dismissed without attire, pending privacy and discretion
The maid may request termination, in writing
– however, termination is subject to approval by the Mistress.
The maid may request termination, but – if any – punishment still applies.
If terminations request is approved, the same rules apply, as if the contract was terminated on Mistress initiative.
If request for termination is not approved by Mistress, ‘retroactive punishment’ may be enforced, if request is deemed impertinent.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement is entered into voluntarily and does not violate any local or federal laws.
15. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Participation
By signing below, both parties affirm that they have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety. Both parties enter into this arrangement willingly and without coercion.
