“Excuse me?” Sue asked, her confusion evident.
“I felt an instant connection when I saw you. I thought, maybe you’d want to give it a try…” Landon said, smiling.
“Wait, what?” Sue was even more puzzled. It was only her second day in the wolf tribe, and this guy was already trying to approach the King’s woman?
Landon seemed to understand her thoughts. “Our tribe is very open-minded about these things. If two people are drawn to each other, they can come together, and if not, they part ways. So, if you feel the same way about me…”
“Hold on!” Sue cut him off. “I just arrived… We’ve only just met…” She felt overwhelmed. This was more complicated than her system and mission back home.
“You and the King only spent one night together, right?” Landon said, “So, if you’re not happy with the King… you can choose me.” He patted his chest confidently. “My cave is always open for you.”
Sue didn’t know how to respond. She found herself silently calling out, System, are you there?
“Yes, Host,” the system replied.
“What… is going on here?” Sue asked.
“Seems like a young, attractive man is interested, Host,” the system answered cheerfully.
“I’m not asking about his looks… I’m asking, why is it like this here?” Sue muttered, still stunned.
“Host, isn’t it common for people to ask what they want? If you don’t speak up, you won’t get anything.”
“So, is this his personal issue?”
“Not entirely. The wolf tribe is generally more open-minded. They’re a warrior race, after all. If they weren’t, who knows if they’d get a second chance?”
“Hmm… I guess that makes sense.”
“So, as long as both parties agree, it’s okay. This open relationship can help reduce unnecessary casualties from fighting over females within the tribe.”
“I can’t believe I’m starting to find that reasonable.”
“Right? Let me check if he can become a task for you.”
Before Sue could respond, she heard a voice above her. “Boy, trying to steal my woman?” It was the Wolf King, Sith.
Sith slapped Landon’s head firmly. “Got some nerve, huh?”
Landon maintained his smile. “Sue is quite attractive, isn’t she? King, are you planning on keeping her?”
“Of course,” Sith replied, giving Landon a slap on the shoulder. “Get lost, kid.”
Landon winked at Sue. “I’m waiting for your answer,” he said, then quickly left.
“What’s going on? Are you interested in him?” Sith asked, his gaze lingering on Sue.
“No, we just met…” Sue quickly replied.
“I told you to stay in the cave and wait for me,” Sith sighed, gently ruffling her hair.
“I was getting bored… I didn’t know what to do inside… Landon offered to take me around.”
“Now it’s my turn to show you around.” Sith wrapped an arm around her and began explaining the layout of the cave. “What you saw earlier was the deeper part. The area near the front is where the young warriors live. They’re responsible for guarding.”
“Well, it makes sense for the warriors to guard the entrances. Landon said the cave was like a maze. Doesn’t that mean every entrance needs to be guarded?”
“Good observation. There are warriors stationed at various key passages. Our tribe is made up mostly of warriors. Everyone fights to protect the tribe.”
“No wonder you’re called a warrior race,” Sue murmured.
“Hmm, warrior race? That’s an interesting term, but it seems to fit,” Sith pondered.
Sith took Sue on a tour of the cave, but he didn’t take her outside. She figured he was still concerned about her. She’d have to wait.
After walking around the wolf lair, Sue grew tired. Sith carried her back to their cave to rest, then went out to hunt for dinner.
Sue grabbed an apple from the cave’s food stash. Sith had told her to eat as she pleased, so she washed it and took a bite. As she chewed, she looked up at the ceiling of the cave. There was a spot where light came through, almost like an exit, but it was too high.
Before long, Sith returned, carrying a deer he’d caught. He filled a pot with hot spring water, added the deer meat, some wild vegetables, and herbs, and began cooking a soup.
Sith glanced at Sue and casually said, “The elders in the tribe say it’s good for females to drink hot soup.”
Sue blushed. “Did you ask them about this?”
“Of course. You’ve been doing so much physical activity these past two days,” Sith said with a playful grin. “I have to make sure you’re well-fed.”
Sue tossed the apple at him. “Pervert!”
“What’s a pervert?” Sith caught the apple with ease and took a bite. “Sweet,” he said, glancing at her with a mischievous glint in his eyes. “Refreshing and juicy.”
Sue’s face turned beet red.
After they ate the deer soup, Sue felt warm all over, her body languid and relaxed.
Sith finished cleaning up, then began removing his fur pelt.
“What are you doing?” Sue quickly covered her face.
Sith stood in front of her, fully naked. His muscular frame was impressive, with clear, defined abs, and his masculine features were on full display. He walked casually toward the hot spring, sitting on the edge with his arms outstretched, his grey eyes focused on her. “Come join me?”
Sue had already been exposed to his body, but she didn’t want to undress in front of him. The hot spring was tempting, but the male werewolf was dangerous.
“It’s very comfortable,” Sith continued to tempt her.
Sue took a deep breath and, after some hesitation, walked to the edge of the spring. She dipped her feet into the warm water, feeling its soothing heat. She closed her eyes, enjoying the sensation.
Sith’s eyes were still fixed on her, a playful smile tugging at his lips. Sue kicked the water gently, and in an instant, he pulled her foot, causing her to tumble into the spring with a splash. The water wasn’t deep, and she quickly stood, drenched from head to toe.
“You!” she glared at Sith.
“Isn’t it much more comfortable now?” Sith asked, his tone teasing. “Take off your clothes. I won’t touch you.”
“Really?” Sue asked, skeptical.
“Really. Just relax and enjoy the hot spring,” Sith assured her.
The spring was indeed relaxing, and the fur pelt was too uncomfortable. Sue turned her back to him and, with a sigh, began to undress. The feeling of the warm water surrounding her was incredibly soothing.
When she glanced at Sith, he was leaning back, his arms crossed, casually watching her.
Sue quickly looked away and laid her arms on the edge of the spring, resting her head on them with a contented sigh.
After a while, she started feeling a little dizzy, realizing she couldn’t stay in the water too long. Just as she was about to stand, Sith got up, walked out of the spring, and began drying himself with a fur pelt.
Sue followed suit, grabbing a dry pelt, but before she could dry herself, Sith pulled her toward him and began drying her off with a bit more force than necessary.
Then he pinned her down against the ground, burying his face into her chest.
“All clean now… time to feast,” he said in a low, rumbling voice.
“You… you…” Sue’s breath hitched. Everything was happening too fast. She didn’t know how to respond. “Didn’t you say you wouldn’t touch me?”
“I said I wouldn’t do anything in the hot spring,” he smirked, eyes gleaming with mischief. “But you came up on your own.”
His hands, hot and bold, cupped her bare chest without hesitation. Neither of them had put their clothes back on—it made everything all too easy. His fingers began to wander lower, slow but sure.
In just two short days, they had already been intimate multiple times. Sith had no intention of drawing things out tonight. This time, he wanted it all, without delay.
When Sue tried to speak, he silenced her with a kiss—deep, consuming. His hand, meanwhile, slid between her thighs with confident ease, his fingers exploring her softly and thoroughly.
“Mmm…” Sue could barely make a sound. Her body trembled under his touch, her voice lost to sensation. He didn’t linger long—his touch growing bolder, his fingers finding her rhythm with practiced ease.
She couldn’t fight it. Even as her body tensed and curled, he held her steady, moving without pause. Her breath caught, again and again, each wave leaving her more breathless than the last.
Eventually, he pulled back just enough to press himself fully against her. There was no warning—just heat and closeness and the overwhelming presence of him as he claimed her once more.
Sue gasped, her back arching as her body welcomed him instinctively. Sith didn’t wait—his rhythm was firm, deep, his focus intense. When he released her lips, her soft moans escaped freely.
Still, he wasn’t satisfied. Lifting her legs high, he spread them wide apart, never once pausing his movement. The openness left her exposed, completely at his mercy. And he showed none.
He moved with increasing power, each motion precise. He no longer held back—he knew she could take it, had taken it, and now he was determined to push her further. Again and again, he drove into her, only to slow at the very end, savoring the warmth within, before plunging deep once more.
How long had it gone on? She didn’t know. Her mind had gone blank somewhere between the second and third crest of sensation.
But Sith didn’t stop. Even after he reached his own release, he didn’t rest. He caught his breath, shifted position, and continued. This time, she found herself pressed against the stone wall of the cave, her body trembling as he moved from behind.
She gripped the stone, unable to hold herself up. When her legs gave way, Sith simply held her down, continuing without pause.
“Still thinking of other wolves?” he whispered near her ear, his voice rough and close.
This guy… is it because of Landon? Sue wondered dazedly.
Sith pressed closer, his strength unrelenting, “Still got the strength to find another male, hmm?”
He wasn’t angry with the others. They had every right to pursue a female. But Sith had made up his mind—he would ensure his own female wouldn’t have the energy to entertain anyone else. He’d prove it not with threats, but with actions.
