Do All Mums Love A Big Cock? Ch 5

"Well-endowed young man has fun."

Mum and I were up early the following day. Sally phoned me at seven-thirty to tell me the trailer was coming to Ava’s. Ava messaged me ten minutes later to say the first trailer had arrived, and she was waiting for the second. She told me she’d ask George for the zapper so she could give it back to me.

Mum and I left early for the meeting with Gary and Sally. When we arrived, Mum’s tradesmen were waiting at the door. Sally and Gary arrived minutes later. Mum quickly explained what we intended to do. Gary had brought plans for both properties. We all walked through the building, so everyone had a feel for it. When Mum spoke, everyone listened. She was so professional in her approach.

After the tour, we all congregated at the reception desk. Gary spread his plans out. Sally gave several suggestions on dimensions. Gary gave her his card, asking her to contact his office with her contact details. The electrician and painter made suggestions about electrical power points and lighting. Gary had worked in an antique centre with thirty dealers. He was so knowledgeable about the dimensions required.

I was so confident with how Gary, Mum, and Sally were attending to things. I said, “This has been a great meeting. There’s a big house clearance to attend to. We won’t store any house clearance furnishings in the grain store until we’ve completed all the initial preparatory work. It’s best to store all the house clearance materials in the warehouse and the two containers Sally has provided us with.

Mum and Gary both said this was a great idea. Gary said, “In my experience, a rushed job is always a poor job.” Gary also said he’d give the electrician details of the power supply for the first two floors tomorrow. Mum said, “All financial matters must come through my office as we’re on a tight time frame. I don’t want any holdups because of finance.”

When I heard this, I knew Mummy was looking after me. Sally and I left. She followed me to Ava’s house. Her two vans were being filled. The two containers were open, and both had a vast selection of blankets for wrapping the furniture in. Sally and I walked through the house. Sally saw what impressed her and asked, “Barry, how much are you paying for all of this?” I want to place a value on it all. We are talking big money here. The library has thousands of books. A lot of them are first editions.”

I told her we hadn’t agreed on a price yet. Our problem was getting everything out of the house in four weeks. Mum’s joiner arrived as I wanted to know the best way to dismantle the kitchen and get it fixed as a feature in the bistro restaurant. The guy studied it for over half an hour. He smiled and said, “This is a work of art. It’s well over a hundred years old. I’ll need to find some old floor tiles as I can’t save the flooring. The ovens, stoves, pots, and pans are as easy as the wall covering. In three days, it will be the best feature in any restaurant in the city.”

He left, and Sally said, “Barry, that kitchen is incredible. It should be in a museum. You’re lucky to have it, as few people have the space to show such a piece of history.”

We packed and transported so many things. Sally had five helpers and dealers interested in taking space in the centre. This helped a lot, as now ninety per cent of the main house had been cleared. We were all doing fourteen-hour shifts. Sally and I were trying to put a value on it all. Sally suggested we take the work we were doing into account. I was paying a lot out in cash. The important thing was we’d easily have it cleared. The old stables and staff accommodation were full of collectables. They could all be designed as features in rooms. Probably, Ava didn’t realise the value. I wanted to be fair with her. The two containers were now complete and stored in the warehouse. Sally and her porters reckoned another four days and the house would be cleared.

I had approached Gary to arrange an apartment on the second floor. The auction house was now partitioned off. It also had a storage area on the second floor above the auction house. Tenders had come in for the bistro kitchen equipment, tables, and chairs that would match the old kitchen features. One helper was an excellent cook who was also an antique dealer. She prepared delicious meals for us all during our working days. I paid her for this. Everyone looked forward to her meals.

Ava was also working hard. She had a massive collection of antique Persian carpets. Sally told me they had a lot of money, and her stall would attract the right people to the centre. I still hadn’t had my first date with Ava. Mum and Gran were the only ones who didn’t feel neglected. As our workload decreased, I needed time with Ava and Sally.

Sally had reached an agreement with Peter. She had listed all the usable display cabinets from the auction house, including the vans and containers. After the final auction, the new company would employ all staff members. Sally would be a director of the company. Everything she brought with her was her contribution to her directorship. Peter had accepted this gladly and also raised Sally’s housekeeping money.

Tina and her daughter were helping with packing the clearance. Gran had told Tina I was setting up an antique centre, and Sally had told her we were all working on a house clearance. Tina had phoned me saying she was interested in a stall and would help with the packaging. Her daughter, Lucy, was home for her Easter holidays and would return to university in ten days.

When I first saw Lucy, you could easily take her and Tina as sisters. They both were so busty, and both of them dressed in a discreet but sexual way. Lucy also dealt with antiques. She wanted to share a stall with Tina. When we were operational, I told them they’d be one of the first stall holders. Lucy gave me a card with her mobile number and email address, asking me to keep her updated. She smiled when I gave her one of my cards. As I gave it to her, I said, “Keep in touch.”

Sally was in charge of the house clearance. She’d taken pictures of every room and numbered them. Each room had a number and a list of the contents. I worked with Pam Carter, a dealer, who also wanted to take a stand in the centre. It had been Sally who had us working together. Most of our work was packaging delicate articles, porcelain, and ceramics. Anything fragile, we packaged it. Pam was so neat about her work. There would be no breakages in what we were doing.

I once asked Sally if Pam was married. She told me she didn’t know, as they’d never discussed their personal lives. One day, Mum came into the grain store. Mum knew Pam as they started chatting. Pam told Mum she was happy that Barry was creating the centre, as Pam had bought one of Mum’s apartments with a double garage where she stored her antiques.

That night, I asked Mum if Pam was married. Mum told me that Pam had come into her office six years ago. She told Mum the kitchen and bathroom she wanted, then wrote a check for the total amount. Mum had chatted with her. Pam informed her she was separated. She had four kids who were all grown up. Her husband couldn’t afford to divorce her. She loved dealing in antiques. Along with her allowance, she could live well.

I had been working with Pam every day for over three weeks. She’d mentioned nothing about her family. Pam was a tall, attractive, intelligent, voluptuous woman. She dressed conservatively, though most of the time, she wore baggy jeans and loose tops. I didn’t see her in any sexual way. She was a very distinguished lady whom I enjoyed talking with, as she always could present an interesting perspective.

Time was moving on. Mum’s tradesmen were doing a fantastic job. Gary had the City Council agree in principle to the development. A fire-proofed partition separated the auction house and the centre. They completed the bistro, and it looked fantastic. The old kitchen feature was excellent. Sally’s last auction was on Friday. Over the weekend, we would clear everything from the old auction house to the new one. The auction house would have its first auction a week on Friday.

Ava had bought an apartment in one of Mum’s harbour developments. She had selected furniture from her and Mona’s rooms in the big house, which the porters had delivered for her. I asked when I could visit.

“Barry, I want it nice for your visit. Please give me a couple of days to get things sorted. I’m so happy the house is cleared. I didn’t think we would manage it.”

The last three weeks had been hectic. We could see light now at the end of the tunnel. On Friday, Sally would hold the last auction in her auction house. On Saturday and Sunday, we’d transfer all the display cabinets, rostrum, and other useful items. We’d also take the public address system, which was only months old.

Mum’s tradesmen were also working over the weekend, and the auction house, the first two floors of the antique centre, the bistro, and my apartment would all be now usable. Sally told me Peter wouldn’t be home for Friday’s auction. We’d have to split the lots between us. I was looking forward to this as there was a beautiful two-diamond ring in an old, grubby box that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. It was the thing I dealt with. There was no reserve on it. I was prepared to pay three thousand for it. I marked it for this amount on my auction list. I wouldn’t pay more as I’d gone over my valuation in the past, which always caused a lot of worry.

Friday came, and Sally took the first hundred lots. The marketing material for the new auction house filled the room. I took the second hundred lots, and Sally took the next hundred. There were now one hundred and twenty lots left. Sally asked me to finish the auction off, which I agreed to. I’d noticed Pam in the room. We exchanged smiles.

The ring came up. Pam started the bidding off at five hundred. A guy bid six hundred. Pam bid seven. There were no more bids. I decided not to bid for it. Pam got a tremendous bargain for seven hundred.

When the auction ended, twenty-four lots hadn’t made their reserve. They’d be part of my first auction. Sally found it easy because every lot that had been sold had been taken away. Sally came to the rostrum to get the final papers; she whispered, “Barry, let’s celebrate. At home, I have a lovely bottle of Champagne chilling. I’ve also got a starving pussy desperate for your cock.” While Sally was approaching the rostrum to retrieve the final papers, she whispered to Barry, “I will finish in half an hour. Come with me to my place.”

I smiled, “Sounds good to me. I’ll go to the cafe and get a coffee.”

There was a cafe attached to the auction that sold drinks and snacks. When I went in, Pam was sitting and having a coffee. She signalled for me to join her. I got my coffee and sat at her table. “Barry, next week, I’ll be setting up my stand. I have a couple of large display cabinets and some large furniture that won’t fit in my car. Could I hire one of your vans to get everything here?”

“Pam, if we can do it in the evening, I’ll help you. I can give you a space close to the bistro, which will be excellent for chance business as the bistro will attract many customers.”

“Barry, thank you for the tip; I’m sure the bistro will attract a lot of customers. I’ll take up your offer. Any evening that suits you will suit me. I’m so looking forward to the centre opening. Many people will take stalls there.”

I then told Pam she’d got a bargain with the ring she had bought. I showed her my auction list with the 3K beside the lot number. I told her I would bid for it, but I backed off when I saw she was interested. I told her to get some wire and tie the ring inside her dishwasher. When she ran the wash cycle, she wouldn’t recognise the ring when it came out of the dishwasher.

I felt Pam hadn’t fully grasped what I’d done. I told her I’d message her when I had a suitable evening. When I went to the office, the cafe was closing, and Sally was finishing. I then followed her home.

Sally was hot. We had both been so busy. We’d also worked so hard. She climaxed on my fourth thrust. She’d never done that before. Two hours later, I showered and went home to Mum. Sally was so happy. She was going to take space in the centre. Next week, over forty people were going to take space.

When I got home, Mum waited for me in her micro-miniskirt and cupless bra. She told me she’d been in the centre today. The bistro will be bustling as the room has so much atmosphere. Mum came twice. I was holding back for later. As Mum cooked dinner, I checked my messages; I had one from Pam.

“Barry, what can I say? I put the ring in the dishwasher. Where did you get the 3K from? I would have paid 2K for it. I would have paid 6K for it when it came out of the dishwasher. It’s a gorgeous ring. I’m separated. I don’t wear a wedding ring anymore. Recently, a few guys have been making personal advances towards me. I’m not interested. I’ll wear this ring and tell them my fiancé wouldn’t be happy. Thanks for not bidding. That was a very kind gesture, which I appreciate. Please let me know what evening suits you best. Kind regards, Pam.”

I replied immediately, “Pam, that’s why I had 3K for my top bid. I want to double my money as I would have sold it for 6K. Can we pencil in on Monday at six o’clock? If we manage it, you’ll be the first dealer in the centre. I once had a solid gold Rolex Oyster. It looked tired. I put it in the dishwasher. It was like new when I brought it out of the dishwasher.

Kind regards, Barry.”

Saturday mid-afternoon, the old auction house was cleared. Everything looked great, as we’d also brought four hundred lots for our first auction a week on Friday. I knew next week would be busy, especially Tuesday and Wednesday, as over forty dealers would stock their stalls or cabinets. On Thursday, Sally had arranged for the press to come, as this was a big news event in the city.

Sunday, I went to the warehouse to sort out the furniture I would put in my apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were excellent. I had kept aside the furniture I wanted for the lounge and bedroom. Tomorrow, I’d get two porters to help me get it in the apartment. My phone rang. Tina said, “Barry, I hope I’m not disturbing you. I have a little problem. Lucy goes back to university tomorrow. I’ve got my car full, but I’ve got several large pieces of furniture that are too big for my car. Could I hire one van to store everything in the warehouse until the centre is ready? It would be better if we could do this today, as Lucy will leave later this afternoon.”

“Tina, no problem, I will drive it for you. You helped me a lot with the big house removal. Do you want me to come to the vicarage?”

“Barry, you’re a darling. That would be great. When can you come?”

I thought, “If she’s calling me darling, let’s see how she reacts when I call her darling. “I can be there in five minutes, darling.”

“Wonderful. Peter’s doing his hospital visits this afternoon, and he goes crazy if I do any antique work on a Sunday. Darling, I appreciate this so much. The three of us will have it done in no time at all. There’s the old stable block behind the vicarage. Lucy and I are working there.”

When I arrived, Tina and Lucy had everything prepared to go. They were both showing a cock-stiffening amount of juicy titties. Tina and Lucy quickly loaded everything. Tina said, “Barry, can I come in the van with you so we can get another five boxes on the passenger seat?”

Tina’s estate car took longer to unload than the van. We did the car first, as Lucy would drive it back to the vicarage. As we unloaded twice, Lucy brushed her massive tits against my arms. It felt so good. I knew it wouldn’t be long before I would have her. The thought of a threesome with Lucy and her Mum gave me an erection. Lucy helped with two more extensive articles from the van. She hugged and kissed me before she left, “Barry, thanks for doing this for Mum today. I’ll message you.”

Tina and I continued to unload the van. Tina was more talkative after Lucy left. She told me she was excited about the centre. As her husband…
