Crucified For Your Love

"To the love of my life."

Sometimes I feel like I’ve been tortured by your love,
Whipped, nailed, scarred, and dragged through the streets.

Sometimes I feel like I’m bound forever into submission,
For the painful sacrifice I’ve made for your love.

Sometimes I feel I played the fool for a heart so cruel,
Begging, pleading, and bleeding for your passion.

Sometimes I wonder if I’ve won the battle but lost the war,
Lying here dying, sacrificed between your thighs.

Sometimes I feel like I’ve been crucified for your love.

I paid the price to liberate my lifelong desire,
And to enslave my heart forever to yours.

I paid the price to see you cry on your knees,
Feeling the depth of your love’s desperation.

I paid the price to have you back in my arms,
Knowing you’d never leave my embrace.

I paid the price to be the only one you need,
To possess and be possessed by your love.

I paid the price to be crucified for your love.

Here and now I stand tasting the honey of your love,
Savoring the sweet taste, dripping down my face.

Here and now I feast between your spread thighs,
Drenched in your juices, owner of your heartbeat.

Here and now I grip your hair in my triumphant fist,
pounding into your soul with a heart full of lust.

Here and now I stand master of your heart and soul,
Hearing you moan and shout my name above all.

Here and now I know I was crucified for your love.
