Through a shared mind is where we will walk.
And have a conversation about the lives that surround us as we talk.
And in passing looks as a gaze around her eyes, my mind will reminisce about a lush beach with shimmering green waves lapping upon a happy and relaxing shore.
Where memories are created hundreds of times each year.
And I’ll come to realize that two stories are being experienced at once.
The story in her eyes, and the one at the beach.
My eyes, my feet, and my mind are content to see where this shared story goes.
Because within the shapes of her hair draping along her face, is a place where conversations and dreams can mesh into one.
I’m enjoying the view, the words, and the road ahead.
And wherever it goes, my essence awaits its unique flow.
