Beautiful daydream,
I’m adrift in excited imagination,
Thinly veiled in quietude,
Tranquil, misty eyes locked.
For a heavenly moment,
I see you, a mirage of
Unobtainable perfection.
A torturous chimera.
This magical apparition
Although quite perfect,
I’d perilously sell my soul
To make real.
My secret hunger
Isolated in dissatisfied passion,
Tortured by my own want,
Desire for bodies akin.
Excruciating reality
Impels me far, far away,
Returned to a place I don’t belong.
I belong with you, you’re mine
In our beautiful daydream.
