Renaissance at Greygarth House Part Two

"The menage a trois takes shape and Ali, Ron and Jane move forward"

Ron woke, then dozed, and then woke properly. He climbed out of the bed, careful not to disturb the sleeping beauties, and opened the curtains to bring in more light. He did not want to disturb them, but he certainly wished to look at them. It was coming up towards seven o’clock. In his mind he conducted a very short debate. Quickie sex then make a cup of tea, or the other way around? He made his way down to the kitchen and set about preparing a tray, but took his time and laid the table for breakfast at the same time. It was after seven thirty before he walked back into the bedroom with the tray.

The two girls were still asleep, so he set the tray down with a bit of a noise, then walked over to the bed and drew the duvet away. This prompted some light squeals, but the fabric was already beyond their reach when they tried to pull it back up.

“Good morning sleepy heads. I have brought a pot of tea but I seem to remember something about you wanting a ‘quickie’ Jane? Will that be before or after the tea?”

Jane sat up and stretched then lay back again with her legs parted while Alison leaned up.

“We’ve woken up a beast Ali my darling. It’s a good job there’s two of us now,” said Jane, beginning to finger herself. “Nothing fancy now Ron, just get in here and fuck me fast before the tea stews.”

It was fast and loud, it was animal with both Ron and Jane roaring each other on, and the only end result in either mind was that Jane’s cunt would be filled. Indeed Jane’s admonitions to him were to that effect and it was not long before that end had been achieved, with a huge sigh of satisfaction from them both.

“Hey,” said Alison, “can I have one of those one morning please? Move over Ron, let me get down there, I want a piece of the cream pie.”

It was a glorious June morning and Ron moved the breakfast things out on to the patio table. Alison made more tea and some toast, while Jane prepared scrambled eggs.

“Ron,” said Alison, “I want to see if I have passed my MAT test about the Stable Block. Can I give you my ideas now?”

“Go ahead darling, we’re all ears aren’t we Jane?”

“Well, forgive me, if I am being unrealistic about cost, but you did say your trust was loaded. Convert the whole building into self-contained living accommodation for family and friends to stay in. Susan and Dave and the boys could stay there, and we wouldn’t have two tearaway toddlers under our feet all the time. We could fence a bit of play area off for now, as well. Beth and Jack could stay. Viv might want to use her old room of course.”

Using this building like this our lifestyle is less inhibited, and it would help absorb some of the furniture and stuff I have at Windy Rigg. What do you think?”

Ron and Jane were beaming and Jane clapped her hands in applause.

“Ten out of ten darling,” said Jane, “don’t you think Ron?”

“You certainly pass the MAT test Ali. In fact my idea is also for it to have its own patio area as well. Family could holiday here even if we have gone away. I reckon your grandchildren will love the woods Al.”

“We were thinking of seeing what the planners had to say about the idea a while ago, weren’t we darling. Did you ever have a word with them Ron? Any idea of the hoops we would have to jump through?”

“Even better than that my darlings, we have outline planning permission. I’ve got a great big file which includes preliminary drawings and sketches.”

Jane stared at her husband with range of puzzled emotions being played out. Alison suddenly felt like she had opened a Pandora like box.

“When was all this Ron? Why didn’t you say anything? It’s wonderful but…”

She paused and both women watched tears form in his eyes.

“It was all going to be a great big surprise for you Jane. I couldn’t wait to give you the news. It came through while you were at Brackenthorpe. Then you came back and gave me other news, and suddenly future plans like this no longer had any meaning for me. I’m sorry my darlings, we are having such a happy time now planning. But I was in a very bad place for a long time. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you all about it before. Forget all that. Let’s just be excited about what’s happening now shall we? I’ll get the file out later, and we can all think about it together.”

“I’m sorry, I just poured some cold water on our three happinesses. Forgive me! I love you both so much. The wonderful things we are now planning would never have happened, if I hadn’t spent time in the wilderness wondering how to get us all back into the Garden of Eden. No more guilt please.”

“Ali, this building won’t be a repository of all your things. It will have some from the house as well, because we want some of your furniture and pictures inside with us, don’t we darling?”

Jane stood up and went round the table to her husband and took his head in her hands and kissed him long and passionately. When she released him it was only to allow Alison to take her place.

“Ronald Anstruther you are a remarkable man – but then that is why I married you – you have just reminded us about the elephant in the room. I think we need to talk about it then it will go away; but today is your birthday party day, and we girls have got plans for you and you’d better enjoy ’em! But we ought to make some time to explore some other things. Something wonderful is happening, but it came out of something that I got wrong that mustn’t be allowed to poison it.”

“Absolutely,” said Alison. “I feel Ted cheering us on at the moment. You didn’t get it wrong by yourself Janie, we buggered it up together. Thankfully this beautiful man found the gate to the Garden of Eden and dragged us through. I am not just Janie’s lover anymore Ron, I’m yours, and by the time this weekend is over, you are going to know it.”

“While we’re in Ripon today, shall we have a look at king size beds?” asked Jane.

“We’ll need three,” said Alison, “and when we have our serious talk guys, we need to talk money matters. Ted left me reasonably placed financially and if I’m moving in here, I want to be putting into the pot and not just taking from it.”

“That’s fair,” said Ron, “we can work something out so you know you’re a full partner. Now, let’s clear away and head to town shall we?”

“Ron, can we stop at Windy Rigg on the way? I want to change and pick up a few things?”

They drove to Alison’s house and the two girls went upstairs to pack some clothes, and for Alison to choose something to wear for their party time later. Ron busied himself in the kitchen loading a cool box with perishables from the fridge. He could hear shrieks of laughter from upstairs. Then he heard Alison call him up to the bedroom. As he got to the landing he heard Jane say in a loud stage voice;

“Oh no Alison, you must not touch me! My husband might walk into the room. What would he think?”

“I cannot help it Jane, you drive me mad with passion,” Alison responded in similar vein.

“Where are those two women hiding?” called Ron. “I shall creep quietly into the bedroom and surprise them. If I discover any sign of lewd behaviour, then a bottom or two may get smacked.”

“Oooh! I like the idea of that Janie,” said Alison in a completely normal voice, “quick, grab a boob.”

Ron walked into the room to find Jane and Alison in a seemingly passionate embrace, both giggling fit to bust.

“Bend over,” roared Ron. The smacking of bottoms threatened to delay the trip to Ripon considerably when Ron treated them both to a re-run of his forfeit of the evening before.

“Ron will you carry this case down please? I’ve packed some sheets. We seem to be changing your bed quite a bit at the moment.”

“What would you like for your birthday dinner then Ron?” asked Jane as they pulled into Waitrose.

“It may sound a bit unimaginative, but a nice sirloin steak with a salad appeals. Not too heavy so that it dampens performance in the bedroom Olympics.”

“Perfect, but would you like to go over to Watson’s and choose the steaks?”

“Can we be cheeky and ask you to cook the steaks if we get the salads ready?” asked Alison. “Your ladies want to do themselves up for you. We’re going to call in to a couple of shops and see if we can surprise you. We thought we’d meet you at Lockwood’s at about one o’clock, how does that sound to you?”

“Fine, I’ll leave you two with Waitrose and I’ll go to Watson’s. Then I’ll take the meat back to the car and put it in the cool-box. I’ll choose something for lunch tomorrow as well shall I? How do you like your steak cooked Al?”

Ron arrived at the restaurant early with his purchases, and feeling rather pleased with himself. He expected the girls to arrive late and loaded with bags. He was surprised to see them dead on time, and carrying only their hand bags.

“What’s this? A retail therapy disaster?”

“No darling, it’s all back in the car. What have you been buying?” asked Jane eyeing a gift wrapped box in a small carrier bag.

“That’s for later! Now, what can I get you both?”

Back at Greygarth the shopping had all been put away, and several other bags had been taken up to Jane’s room. Alison brought a tray of tea out to the patio where Jane and Ron were sitting.

“I’m sorry Ron, the room is out of bounds once we start to get ready, which we will do after this cup of tea. It’s four thirty now. We can sort the salads out when we come down. In the meantime we have a prezzy for you, and we’ll leave you to play with it when we go in.”

“Happy Birthday from us both, Ron,” said Alison handing him a shiny gift wrapped box.

“Wow! thank you my darlings,” said Ron when he saw the video camera inside. “I very nearly bought one of these myself this morning.”

“Well,” said Jane, “we got the idea when you wanted to perv our bums on the landing last night.”

“You have to read the instructions and then show us how to use it later as well,” said Alison.

Ron had great fun beginning to master the camera, and almost got carried away, but he remembered that he also had to shower and change.

When the girls eventually re-appeared Ron was rendered speechless, but he still had the presence of mind to film them as they descended the stairs. To put it mildly, their dresses displayed their charms well. Jane’s could be described as a ‘little black number’, while Alison’s was a full length riot of red; the ‘scarlet woman’ she said of herself. Their make-up was minimal but perfect, they had done each other’s hair, and they wore the same perfume.

“I feel as if I should fall to my knees in the presence of such beauty,” said Ron with a broad grin.

“We could live with that, couldn’t we Al?”

Saturday evening

The salads were pre-packed, something none of them would normally contemplate, but this evening it made life simpler.

“Pimms on the lawn my darlings. I’ve just taken the steaks out of the fridge to come up to room temperature, so let’s stroll and enjoy the evening and each other.”

They walked out onto the lawn with the tall glasses, and gathered again around the picnic table. Ron explained the operation of the camera. Both girls found it very straightforward, and took turns.

“We got several memory cards for it,” said Jane. “It’s going to be nice to have when the families are around, but we might just want to keep some things a little bit more discreet.”

“And with that very thought in mind ladies, I think it’s time to cook,” said Ron. “Two just the rare side of medium and one just the medium side of rare.”

The meal was a relaxed occasion with a lot of laughter. The same sexual charge was there, but it lacked the underlying tension of anxiety they had felt the night before. They talked about some side issues of menage a trois; what to say to Viv and Susan? If Viv came to stay, she would simply assume she would use her old room, and wonder for about half a second why Daddy suddenly had a room of his own.

It took only a few minutes for the three of them to clear the table. They took their glasses into the lounge and Ron put a match to the pre-laid fire in the huge open fireplace. It had grown a bit chill outside; Jane and Alison’s dresses were beautiful, but not warm.

“Janie, does birthday boy have to make a speech?” asked Alison.

Jane grinned, “Certainly, unless he’d rather a forfeit?” The two girls looked at each other expectantly as, unbeknown to Ron, they had planned this moment and already decided on the penalty.

Ron stood up smiling.

“Yes, I have my speech prepared my darlings, and I will be proposing a toast. Just bear with me a moment while I bring in bottle and glasses.”

He left the room and they could hear him heading for the pantry.

“Well he’ll just have to pay a forfeit for something else then won’t he?” whispered Alison.

Ron returned a few moments later with a bottle of Moet et Chandon in an ice bucket, with three flutes chilling, and a bulge in his trouser pocket.

It was revealed as a jewellery box when it was placed in the centre of the coffee table and it seemed to have a hypnotic effect on both girls. They stared at it in fascination. Hardly taking any notice of his setting up the camera on a tripod.

“My darling Alison and my darling Jane – alphabetical order – thank you for such a truly wonderful and happy birthday. Thank you for the fun we have shared in love. I think I ought also to say, and I know I do so on behalf of Jane as well, welcome to Greygarth, Alison.”

Jane gave Alison a hug, “Hear, hear!” she said.

“We are now menage a trois – MAT, even AJR. It’s going to be very exciting. We should be able to get the internal works done fairly quickly. You’ve made the job simpler Ali by suggesting one bathroom instead of two.”

“We are beginning a new lifestyle together and very few people will ever get to know about it. I hope I have not gone too quickly on this, but in this box there are three rings.”

Ron got down on his knees and opened the lid, to reveal three shining gold bands.

“These are symbols of our love and commitment to each other. They are narrow; my thought was that we might wear them secured in place by our existing rings. Alison, we all loved Ted and your wear the ring he gave you in love, and you should continue to do so. Jane my darling, we exchanged our rings in love too. Our second rings are a symbol to each other and of the fact that love has grown not diminished.”

“My darlings, shall we wear these rings?”

Tears were running down their cheeks.

“Oh yesss!” said Jane.

“Ron darling, thank you for what you said about Ted. Yes, I will share rings with you both, in happiness and pride.”

Ron took the champagne from the bucket and set the flutes down.

“We begin by taking off our rings and laying them on the table.”

Ron then placed a ring by each of them.

“Alison, I place this ring on your finger, as a symbol of the love Jane and I have for you. I return this ring, as the symbol of the ongoing love from the past.”

He was about to continue but Alison held up her hand with a smile and took the next ring.

“Jane, I place this ring on your finger as a symbol of the love Ronald and I have for you. I return this ring as the symbol of the ongoing love from the past.”

Jane took her cue and picked up the rings for Ron, and the menage a trois was completed.

“We should kiss our new partners,” said Ron.

“Alphabetical order,” said Alison as she took Jane into her arms.

They drank their champagne with more laughter and hugs. Ron turned off the video.

“I think,” he said, “if we are moving to ‘next business’, we ought to change the memory card.”

“Sit down Ron,” said Jane, “and watch.”

Jane and Alison moved into a close embrace and kissed and caressed, but after only thirty seconds they parted. Each then helped the other out of her dress and Ron had the camera rolling as they were revealed in the skimpiest of scarlet underwear. The bras were a triumph of design, for so little fabric to support their 38 D cups, and the thongs could only be described as decoration. They twirled and cavorted to tease.

“Now wait here darling,” said Alison, “while we go and change, we’ll come and fetch you in a moment.”

It wasn’t many moments before they returned, now both in the sheerest of nighties that left nothing to the imagination, and yet somehow managed to create some mystery. Ron’s self-control reached its limits, and he stood to take them in his arms, and begin to feel the wonderful flesh through the flimsy fabric.

Sunday

Ron was the first to wake again on Sunday morning and, as Alison had slept in the middle of the three, it was easy for him to slip out without disturbing them. Making the tea he reflected on the night before. It had been the most wonderful three way love making, rather than wild sex, as if it were consummating their new relationship. It was sensuous and tactile with undreamed of intimacy. The memory was a glorious blur of images. It had been sticky and wet at times too, with the eroticism heightened by descriptions of what might happen on future occasions. At one point he had been on his knees licking Alison to ecstasy, while Jane was pushing her finger then her tongue into his arse.

“Ron,” Jane had said, “we have acquired some toys and one evening we are going to take it in turns to fuck you hard.”

It was the thrilling memory of this moment that brought Ron out of his morning reverie. His cock was hard once more, but he forced himself to focus on setting the table for breakfast, and making a pot of tea.

As he entered the bedroom he discovered that the girls had woken, and were lying caressing each other gently as they exchanged soft slow kisses and nibbles.

“Good morning sweethearts. I suppose we will need some protocols. If A comes across B and C having a moment together, which of the following should A do?”

“One, ignore them and carry on?”

“Two, cough quietly?”

“Three, watch and enjoy?”

“Four, Walk away?”

“Five, join in?”

“In this case,” said Jane, “it’s 5. Ali says it’s her turn for a quickie.”

There followed a repeat of the morning before, with much crude screaming and urging. This time Jane was also using the camera to record the scene. She took breaks to use her hands and mouth to raise the sensations being experienced by her Ron and Alison. Their climax was not long in exploding and all three of them roared, as it in triumph.

“I’ll pour the tea,” said Jane, feeling the exhaustion of her two lovers.

They sat round the breakfast table, with croissantes, slices of cold ham and gouda and fruit juice, discussing the night before, and the day to come.

“Seriously,” said Ron, “we need an understanding of what ‘A’ should do, when surprising ‘B’ and ‘C’. I realise my walking into the room like that wasn’t an actual surprise, and I hope we might repeat the experience.”

“Definitely,” said Jane, “and I think we might have some fun contriving other situations, but you point is well made. I think if B and C really feel they want privacy, then they retreat to a bedroom and close the door. But, spontaneity is a wonderful thing. I think we’ll get to know how to react.”

“Call it JR monitoring,” said Alison. “Tonight though, I think you two should do a bit of husband and wife re-connecting. I will sleep in one of the spare rooms, except that I do expect a goodnight kiss and cuddle.”

“Thank you Ali, my darling,” said Jane, “tonight I try and start to make up for not having the courage and generosity that you have shown to us Ron.”

“You have no idea how much I have dreamed of this, Jane my love. You are making me so very, very happy the both of you. I would like the two of you to spend the night together. That’s very important to me and important for both of you.”

“Why so particularly, Ron?” asked Alison.

Ron reached out to take hold of both of them by the hand.

“All the sex you have had together has been furtive and clandestine. Even when you have spent the night together, with me still in the house, you must have felt at least some inhibition. You certainly were not experiencing the wild, noisy abandon that I came home to on Friday,” said Ron with a great big grin.

You home, Ali, is going to be Greygarth. I want you and Jane to make love in a situation where you do not have to hide, or feel guilty in any way. This will be a first for you both, and I hope it will be a very special night. So, tomorrow night, maybe you and Jane …”

“Ronald Anstruther!” exclaimed Jane, “you keep trying to do more and more for us. We hardly deserve any of it. I have half a mind to drag you off to bed now, but tonight I am going to begin to try and make things up for you. Tomorrow night? Well, yes I would love the night you describe with Ali. However, I think you and Ali need to be together first. Very soon, we won’t need discussions like this. Things will just happen. But the next stage, after you and me Ron, has to be you and Ali.”

Ron thought for a few moments, and then smiled.

“Well done Jane, my darling. In terms of building our Menage a Trois, it has to be.”

“Venus calling Earth, Venus calling Earth,” said Alison, cupping her hands around her mouth for sound effect, “delighted with operational proposals, but not following your logic.”

“We are three people in a triangular partnership,” said Ron. “Call it a trinity, but we are still three individuals. Jane and I have been in a partnership for lots of wonderful years, just as you and Ted were. You and Jane came together and have formed a bond. We ought to seal the bond between you and me, Alison.”

“And I need to be in another room. This is not about testing our commitments, or for jealousy, it’s about making sure one of our constituent relationships gets fully formed.”

Alison stood up. “I think I am so happy, there’s a danger I’ll explode. Can we have a group hug, please?”

“That was lovely,” said Jane, as they sat down again. “We must have lots of those.”

“Especially without clothes,” said Ron, prompting giggles and general agreement.

“Ron, my darling, how did you manage to work all this out?” asked Jane. “Where did ‘menage a trois’ come from? You seem to have thought through so many implications and come up with something beautiful, that will work for us all.”

Ron went very quiet and sat very still. There was something of a haunted look on his face and he seemed to be staring at a distant object. Jane and Alison were alarmed.

“I think we need to talk about the elephant in the room, my darling,” said Jane.

As she walked round to put her arms around him, she signalled to Alison to join them. They both had their arms around him. This was not the group hug of moments ago; this was two caring for one.

After half a minute Ron took a very deep breath, and sighed.

“Yes, we do,” he said. “You need to know, but I have even thought this through,” he said smiling. So! here’s what I suggest we do.”

“We do something exciting and fun first. Jane, you said you were going to slow roast a leg of lamb. If you two start getting that on the go, I will get the Stable Block plans out ready. Then we go and crawl round the building and get excited. We’ll come back in here for a coffee, and I will tell you how it all came about. It is a remarkable tale. I will cry at times, and you might also. At the end of it, we remember our excitement and focus on the vision of what will be, and not what has been. Once the elephant has been revealed fully, we wave him goodbye.”

“Okay!” cried Jane, “Let’s get going.”

Twenty minutes later, the lamb was beginning its long slow cook, and Ron was presenting his file of papers to an excited audience. He then walked them through the building, energising them further with his enthusiasm. He described the layout of where bathrooms, bedrooms and living space might be. Alison and Jane were impressed by Ron’s ideas of how the building could be partitioned for use by different branches of the family at the same time.

“Alison, when I drew up these plans, I had vague ideas about Viv bringing a family here one day, but your Susan already has one. I think you and Jane need to go over these, but you especially need to lead on what will make it family friendly. It’s very easy to re-shape the project at this stage. In fact, why don’t you get Susan down here, and let her loose on it?”

Alison was thrilled at the suggestion, especially when he took them outside and showed them his vision for the garden, barbeque and play areas.

“I have an idea for this area between the house and the stable block too,” he said. “It’s screened from most angles. It won’t alter the appearance of Greygarth, so it should get planning permission. Now that we have our menage a trois, how about an extension to make room for a hot tub and sauna, and maybe a mini-gym? It could be accessed from the house, without our having to go outside. It could also be accessed from the stable block, with entry to the house closed if we are away. What do you think?”

“Ron, it’s wonderful,” said Jane. “It will add a whole new dimension to our lives here.

Ali darling, think of all the naughty things we could get up to.”

“I can’t get over it all Ron,” said Alison. I feel so belonging, thank you. Susan would love to have a say in this. In fact, I think Viv ought to as well. Janie, you’re going to see Viv next weekend, why not take some plans with you?”

“Good idea,” said Ron, “I think you two need to take the lead on furnishing and décor. Alison, you need to think what you want to bring from ‘Windyrigg’.

Suddenly there was a moment of silence between them. It wasn’t planned, it just came about.

“I think it’s time for coffee,” said Jane, quietly. “Coffee and talk.”

“Coffee and listening, Ron,” said Alison.
