When I am sad or scared
I go to a private place
A cabin I visit often with you
To talk or play
Sometimes just to sleep the day away
As we snuggle and cuddle and smile and talk
You behind me and me wrapped safely in your arms
The fireplace so warm
The soft music playing
We watch the snow falling
The lights twinkle on the valley below
We lazily hug and share soft kisses
While drifting with the magic
In our own private way
I leave feeling stronger
With faith
Comfort and support
I can face another day
