Whispered deep within my soul.
Words I’ve often longed to hear,
From my dictionary, erased by fear.
Words which came with such delight,
Words from which my fears took flight.
Simple, soft and warm inside,
Beauty rare, restores my pride.
First to care and then to love
Accept and nurture, feed my joy.
Now to see this love returned,
Fully flourished love does burn,
Burns away the past and pain,
Fills my heart woth joy again.
Two imperfect people we,
On the brink of harmony.
