Another night as my name left her lips
My fingers lower between her hips
A second lover, then a third, a fourth
Adding to my ever growing throng
Knowing exactly what was wrong
And still I carried on and on
The final night when I felt your wrath
You dressed as a potential lover
Though I’m not sure what blew your cover
But you pushed me to my knees and showed restraint I didn’t

No reward to be reaped from my toil
Hands permanently covered in dry soil

I stay hungry as you lunch on cheese and wine
