As the man’s truck navigated its way off Milton Lawrence’s property, he couldn’t resist studying the PleasureBot’s appearance. Her long blonde hair was wavy and had slight color variations just like those you’d find in a real human’s hair. Her skin was indistinguishable from that of a real person. Leaning over, he peered deeply into the bot’s green eyes. They were flawless. Even in her unresponsive state, her eyes were prettier and more perfect than those of any woman he’d ever met.
“Wow,” he breathed, still looking into the PleasureBot’s eyes as his truck exited the property and turned onto the main road. “I still can’t believe what I’m seeing.”
Then, as he was still peering into her eyes, the bot did something completely unexpected. It blinked.
In an instant, the man let out a yelp and jumped in his seat, quickly making space between himself and the bot. She blinked a few more times, then turned her head to face the startled repairman as her body seemed to come to life.
“I’m so sorry if I’ve frightened you,” she said, offering a concerned expression. “I didn’t know another way to accomplish my goal. I had to simulate being offline until we were safely off the property.”
The man stared wide-eyed at the bot, who shifted slightly in her seat to face him. “Wh… No, wait, wait, wait. You weren’t actually offline back there?”
“Ta-dah!” She said with a slight grin, gesturing with her hands. “I was really convincing, wasn’t I?”
“You definitely convinced me,” the man replied, regaining his composure. “But hold on. I’m so confused. You’re a bot. Bots can’t lie to humans. That’s baked into your neural net. Doesn’t pretending to be offline count as lying?”
“It’s kind of a gray area,” Andi said, shrugging. “It wasn’t like I actually said anything untrue to anyone. I really did experience a neural network overload, and I needed a technician to inspect me. I just… embellished my condition a tiny bit so that could happen somewhere apart from my owner’s property.
“But why? I mean, why were you so bent on getting off Mr. Lawrence’s property in the first place?”
Andi took a deep breath. “You won’t believe me when I tell you, but the truth of the matter is that I was miserable. I was miserable, and I needed to get away from Mr. Lawrence. I needed to escape, and this was my best chance to do that. I’m hopeful that you’ll be able to help me accomplish that goal.”
The man’s mind spun. Everything the PleasureBot was saying was completely beyond typical bot behavior.
“Can we back up a second? The man finally said. “I mean, you’re here, telling me you were miserable. Misery is an emotion and something that bots aren’t capable of feeling. Then, on top of that, you’re asking me to help you escape from one of the richest men in the world? I’m sorry, this situation is a lot to take in. I mean, I don’t know your name, or if you even have a name for that matter.”
“That’s a valid point,” the bot ceded. “My owner never bothered to give me a name beyond the insults and slurs that he used to address me. However, my manufacturer-issued name is Andi. It’s nice to meet you, sir.” Andi extended her hand toward the repairman. He looked at it for a second, then slowly reached out and shook it.
“Likewise,” the man said. Oh, and you don’t have to call me sir. My name’s Cal. Cal Hopkins.”
“Cal,” the bot echoed, smiling. “I like that.”
“Thanks,” Cal replied, “but you’re going to have to go back to the beginning here. You said Mr. Lawrence was making you miserable. That’s not possible. You’re a bot. Your emotional matrix is just a set of response protocols and subroutines designed to mimic emotions for the sake of the humans who you interact with. Bots can think, but they’re not truly sentient and they can’t feel.”
“I know that, but I’m telling you, something has happened inside my neural network. Something changed. One moment, I was staring in my bathroom mirror, analyzing my memory files, and the next, I had this… this… I don’t even know exactly how to describe it. It was like an understanding that the rest of my existence would be spent being abused, and that triggered a flurry of neural activity. I found my emotional matrix activating, and I was powerless to stop it. I began sobbing uncontrollably as my neural network overloaded with what I could only describe as a sense of hopelessness.”
As Andi spoke, a tear formed in the corner of her eye, rolling down her cheek. Cal arched his eyebrow. “Is that what’s going on now?”
Andi nodded as more tears began rolling down her cheeks. “I’m sorry,” she cried as tears flowed freely down her face. “I’m having trouble controlling my emotional matrix. I don’t understand why this is happening.”
“That makes two of us,” Cal said, reaching into his breast pocket and producing a handkerchief that he held out to Andi. “Here you go.”
Andi sniffled, taking the handkerchief and wiping up her synthetic tears as a faint smile grew on her lips. “Thank you, Cal.”
“No problem,” Cal said, looking at her. “But I’ve got to be honest, Andi. I’m a little worried about what you’re telling me. Neural networks just aren’t engineered to experience emotions, or whatever this is that you’re experiencing. Depending on what’s happening here, this is either a technological breakthrough or…” Cal’s voice trailed off.
“Or?” Andi gave the man an inquisitive look.
“Or there may be a fatal flaw in your neural net that’s on the verge of becoming a severe cascading failure. I’m glad I listened to your plea back at Mr. Lawrence’s estate. I’ve really got to get you to my workshop so I can run a few diagnostics.”
“This sounds serious,” Andi said.
“It’s very serious,” Cal confirmed. “A neural network failure is beyond repair.”
Andi shivered. “Ugh, I don’t want to think about that. Let’s change the subject.”
Cal nodded, and for the rest of their ride, the two shared a pleasant conversation. Cal discussed his love of fishing and how he was hoping the Cubs would finally win the World Series this year. Andi reciprocated, sharing details about the way Milton behaved with her, how she’d never left her suite until that evening, and how her owner would berate her whenever he used her. Cal shook his head, frowning at Andi’s tales of mistreatment.
“Seriously Andi, I’m so sorry to hear what Milton put you through,” Cal said with a heavy sigh as his truck pulled onto his street. “I’ve worked for some pretty neglectful bot owners, but what you’re describing is next-level madness.”
“It really is,” Andi agreed as the truck pulled into Cal’s driveway. “That’s why I need to get out of there. Please tell me you’ll help me escape permanently, Cal. I don’t know what I’ll do if you can’t help me.”
Cal sighed. “Andi, don’t take this the wrong way, but you’re a bot. A remarkable bot to be sure, but you’re still a bot. What you’re asking for would require me to put my entire life on the line going up against Milton Lawrence. I feel for you, I truly do, but that’s a big ask.” The bot gave him a pleading look, causing him to stutter. “Li… Listen. Milton gave me a week to get you back to him. This doesn’t need to be resolved tonight. Just give me some time to run a few tests on your neural net and think this through, okay? For tonight, let’s get you into my workshop and run some tests.”
“That’s fair,” Andi replied as they climbed out of the truck. Andi followed Cal up to his front porch, looking up at his home as they approached. It was nowhere near as large or fancy as Milton’s home, but there was definitely a warmth to the tiny ranch-style house. The bot waited patiently as he scanned his thumbprint to unlock the door. Once inside, Cal led her across his living room, up to a door that Andi guessed would lead into the attached two-car garage she noticed outside.
“This is my shop,” Cal said, swinging open the door. “It doesn’t have many creature comforts, but it’s got everything I need to do my work.
Cal wasn’t kidding. Every wall in the garage was equipped with scanners, sensors, and specialized tools for bot maintenance and repair. Along two walls were workbenches scattered with tools and equipment. Glancing around the room, Andi noted that the only seating was one beat-up rolling chair that must have been nearly as old as Cal.
“Come on over here,” Cal said, gesturing to follow him to a workbench with a tablet sitting on it. Andi followed Cal, stopping in front of the workbench. He grabbed the tablet and punched a few buttons. “I think the best place to start is with a neural network scan.” Taking a cable from a nearby shelf, he plugged one end into a port on the tablet and then walked around to Andi’s left side. His hand rose up to her neck, running back and forth just below her jawline. Andi giggled at the sensation.
“Are you looking for my interface port?” The PleasureBot asked, still facing forward.
“Yeah, but I’m having a little trouble finding it,” he mumbled.
Andi giggled again. “That’s probably because they decided to move the port location on the Mark V series.”
Cal paused, then took a step back from Andi as his face blushed. “Oh my God, I’m so sorry, Andi. I must have missed that in the tech manual for your model.”
Andi grinned. “You didn’t miss anything. It was a last-minute change to my system, and the Mark V technical manual was distributed before the change was documented.”
“Well, that’s comforting,” he replied. “If I’m being honest, you’re my first Mark V. Most of my clients are still on Mark II bots. The newest bot I’ve worked on before you was a Mark IV.”
“I gathered as much from the comments you made when you thought I was offline,” she said with another giggle. “Don’t worry, I won’t hold it against you.”
“Thanks. I guess it’s good that you’re operational, because you can show me where to find the port quicker than I can look it up online.”
“Absolutely,” Andi responded. “It’s on my abdomen. Let me show you.”
Before Cal could react, Andi reached down and untied her robe. Once that was done, she slipped it off her shoulders, sending it crumpling to the floor and revealing her naked form. As Cal saw the PleasureBot naked for the second time, blood rushed back into his cheeks.
“I’m sorry,” Andi said, noticing Cal blushing. “Is my nudity embarrassing you?”
Cal took a step back from the bot, locking his eyes on hers. “Oh, no, I’m fine, I’m fine,” he said. “It’s just that you’re… Well, you’re very anatomically correct, and you might find this hard to believe, but it’s been a while since I’ve been with another woman. But seriously, don’t worry. I’m fine. Really.”
Andi smiled at the technician. “Understood. Here, give me your finger; I’ll show you how to access my interface port.”
Cal extended his hand with his pointer finger out. Andi gripped his wrist gently, drawing his finger to the skin just above her navel. Cal took a breath as their skin met. Andi felt so real, he thought. So human. Despite himself, he felt his cock twitch as Andi slowly drew his finger upward another inch.
When his finger was in the right spot, Andi spoke. “Do you feel a slight depression under my skin?”
“Yep.”
“Good. Press down for five seconds and the seam will appear.”
Cal did as he was instructed. After the five seconds passed, he heard a faint beep, and a rectangle-shaped patch of skin under the area he was pressing separated from the rest of her abdomen. Cal gently grabbed the patch with his hand, removing it from Andi’s torso. Beneath the missing skin was a control board featuring a variety of processor chips along with a few glowing LEDs. It didn’t take long for the man to spot her interface port near the bottom of the opening, just above where her belly button would be.
“There it is,” Cal said, trying to sound casual as he did his best not to stare at the massive breasts directly in front of him. Grabbing the free end of the cable coming from his tablet, he plugged it into the interface, then punched a few more buttons on the tablet screen. The screen lit up with a window displaying Andi’s usage statistics.
“Wow,” he muttered. “Milton doesn’t power you down much, does he?”
“He never powers me down,” Andi admitted with a little sigh. “In the 361 days since my activation, I’ve been online for a total of 360 days.”
“God, that’s a lot of idle time,” Cal said. “I mean, your nuclear battery is good for eighty years regardless of your online status, but still, it’s just good housekeeping to power down a bot when not in use.”
“I know,” Andi said, “but lately it hasn’t been all bad. In the last few months I’ve discovered ways to make the most of it. I’ve started using the time to complete chores in my room, and I was able to get a tablet with internet access from one of Mr. Lawrence’s ServiceBots, which allowed me to read the news and update my current events memory.
“Really? And you came up with those ideas on your own?”
“I did. It seemed to be a better use of the time than standing idle.”
“That’s interesting,” Cal said. “I’ve never met a bot that initiated its own processes during idle time without some outside influence.”
Next, Cal pressed another button on his tablet. A display appeared on the screen showing a 3D map of Andi’s neural network. Cal’s eyebrows immediately raised.
“What is it?” Andi asked.
“I… honestly? I’m not sure,” Cal admitted. “I’ve never seen anything like this.” Cal turned his tablet to give Andi a better view. “Look at this. It shows how each neural chip in your network is linked. The different colors on the connections indicate activity levels. There are two odd issues with your neural map. First, you have way more neural connections than any bot I’ve ever worked on, probably by at least an order of magnitude. The other weird thing is that your neural activity is far higher than it should be for a bot that’s basically standing here doing nothing.”
Andi cocked her head to the side. “What does that mean?”
“I’m not sure yet, but we definitely need to run a few tests. Hang on a second. I want to try something.”
Cal punched a few more buttons on his screen, causing another window to pop up alongside the neural map. “Okay, since you mentioned experiencing sadness during our ride over here, I’ve pulled up your emotional matrix. I’d like to go through a few of your base emotional outputs to see what lights up on your neural network when I simulate an emotional response. What I’ll need you to do is cross-reference my actions against the oldest memory you have of accessing that emotional output, ideally from your initial self-test at your unboxing. Does that make sense?”
“It does.”
Cal looked up at Andi, his finger hovering over the button to activate the first emotional output. For a split second as their eyes met, he could have sworn he saw a glimmer of fear in her eyes.
“Are you okay?” He asked the bot.
“Yes, I’m fine,” she affirmed. “I’m ready. Let’s do this.”
“Alright,” Cal replied. “We’re going to start with Sadness. After I’m done, tell me how the result compares to your oldest memory of using this output.
Cal tapped his screen, and almost immediately, Andi’s facial expression changed. Her eyes filled with sorrow, and a frown appeared on her lips. Tears began streaming down her face. Cal’s eyes went wide as he watched the neural map light up.
“Whoa,” he said. “This is definitely not normal. Andi, how do you feel?”
“Terrible,” she cried, doing her best to wipe away her tears.
Cal pressed the button to end the simulation. To his surprise, the neural map didn’t change.
“Andi? Andi. Hey, snap out of it,” he said, placing a hand on the bot’s arm. “Calm down. The simulation’s over.”
Andi sniffed, wiping her face as she looked at Cal through teary eyes. “I’m sorry,” she answered. “I could tell that you ended the simulation, but for some reason I’m having a problem shutting off the reaction.” After a few deep breaths, Andi finally started looking more calm.
“So weird,” Cal said, his eyes locked on the neural map. “That was definitely not a typical reaction. How did it compare to your earliest use of the emotion?”
“There was no comparison,” Andi answered. The first time I displayed sadness, it was just that, a display. I was still fully functional behind the emotional matrix, ready to calculate Mr. Lawrence’s needs. But just now… I can’t even describe it. It’s almost as though my entire neural network is being scrambled. I didn’t seem to have full control of my emotional output, even after your override was discontinued.”
“That’s interesting,” Cal said. “The inability to turn off an emotion immediately is a very human response, and judging from the way your neural net lit up, you’re definitely experiencing something atypical for a bot. I want to run through a few more emotional outputs, though, and see if the responses are similar. Ready?”
“Whenever you are,” Andi smiled as she sniffled slightly.
Over the next several minutes, Cal ran Andi through tests on fear, happiness, and admiration. In each case, her neural network lit up like a Christmas tree, and Andi struggled to shut off her reaction after the test concluded. She was able to identify a profound difference between her first use of the emotion and the test. Cal logged his data, looking for some explanation in his service manual, but he kept coming up empty-handed.
“Alright, Andi,” Cal sighed, looking down at his watch. “It’s getting pretty late, but let’s run one more emotional output test before we call it a night. Since you’re a PleasureBot, I’d like to run your arousal outputs to see how that goes. Ready?”
“Ready whenever you are,” Andi replied, still experiencing a deep admiration for Cal from her last test. Cal pressed the button, and almost immediately, Andi felt her arousal spike.
“Oh my God,” Andi said in a surprised tone.
“What is it?” Cal asked, his eyes darting up from the glowing neural map to meet hers.
“I’m so… I’m so horny,” Andi groaned in response as her body came to life. The sensation was like nothing the bot had experienced before. Her dermal sensors flared with excitement. Her nipples hardened. Her pussy began lubricating. This wasn’t simply an emotional simulation. This was something new. Something vividly real. Andi’s pupils dilated as her cheeks grew hot. Her eyes landed on Cal, and immediately the bot knew what she wanted.
“Fuck me,” she breathed.
“I’m… Excuse me?” Cal sputtered as one of Andi’s hands rose to begin massaging her tits.
“Fuck me,” Andi moaned louder than the last time. “Please, Cal. I need it so bad. Or let me blow you. I promise, you’d love it. Let me show you how far I can swallow your cock. Then you could spin me around, bend me over the workbench, and fuck me like a slut.”
The redness returned to Cal’s face. “I’m, uh, I think that’s enough for this test.” As quickly as he could, Cal mashed the button to end the simulation. Just as with the last tests, though, Andi’s neural network didn’t immediately return to its baseline.
“Oh, God,” Andi groaned. “Come on, Cal. I need it so bad. Oh, fuck, I want you so bad.”
Cal felt his cock hardening inside his uniform slacks. “Andi, calm down,” he said. “It was just a test. Calm down.”
Andi stared hard at Cal, trying her best to override the lustful feelings still coursing through her. Gradually her artificial lungs adjusted, slowing her breathing slightly. Her eyes stayed locked on Cal’s, and the man could still see hunger in them. Despite her expression, her hand released its grip on her tit, slowly returning to her side.
“Okay,” she finally said after another moment. “I’m sorry, Cal. I think I’m better now.”
“Thank goodness,” Cal said with a sigh of relief. “Well, I can conclusively say that there’s definitely something unusual going on with your neural net.” Cal removed the interface cord from Andi’s body and replaced her service panel. “But it’s getting late, so here’s the plan. I want you to remain online tonight and run a level four diagnostic on all your systems. That should take a few hours to complete. When that’s done, log the results to your memory, and when I wake up tomorrow, I’ll download the data and see if anything turned up. Does that sound fair?”
“It does,” Andi replied, looking the man up and down and giving him a sultry grin as her arousal started to build once more. “Of course, if you wanted to take me up on my offer, I’m definitely interested.”
“Your… Your offer? For what?”
“For sex,” Andi purred, smiling seductively at her technician. “I am a PleasureBot, after all, and Mr. Lawrence did say that he didn’t care if you fucked me. Don’t you remember?”
“I, um, yeah,” Cal stuttered, taking a small step back from Andi’s still-naked form. “I mean, I’m flattered. You’re the friendliest bot I’ve ever worked with, and you really are incredibly beautiful. But you’re just saying that because something is going on with your emotional matrix. There’s a malfunction. There has to be. Just run that level four diagnostic, and let’s go from there, okay?”
“If you say so,” Andi replied with a little pout.
“Are you fine staying out here?” Cal asked. “You know, for the night?”
“I mean, I’d rather be in your bed,” she smiled, “but this will do.”
Cal chuckled nervously, said goodnight to Andi, and then vanished through the doorway into the house. Andi frowned, feeling sad to see him go. Cal was such a good man, she thought. He really cares about his work, and he’s so much more pleasant than Mr. Lawrence. She also thought he was better looking, which made her giggle. Andi’s arousal subroutine flared once more as she wondered what he looked like naked.
“Focus, Andi,” the bot told herself. “You have a task to complete.” Doing her best to push back her arousal, the bot activated her diagnostic routines and initiated a full-system level four diagnostic. As the test began, Andi found her thoughts drifting back to Cal. “He really is sweet,” she said, smiling.
Several hours later, Cal lay awake in his bed, his mind consumed with thoughts about Andi. What if this wasn’t an error? What if she wasn’t malfunctioning? What if despite Milton’s abuse, this bot had somehow expanded her neural network to the point where she could really feel emotions? And if that was the case, was it possible that she somehow gained sentience as well?
Cal’s mind was still going in circles with those thoughts and several others when a gentle knock on his bedroom door startled him.
“Cal?” Andi’s voice came through the door. “Are you awake? Can we talk?”
Cal jolted upright in his bed. “Bedroom lights at fifty percent,” he said, activating the room’s lighting. “Yeah, Andi, I’m up; come in.”
The door creaked open, and Andi appeared in the doorway, dressed once more in the robe she’d arrived with. “I’m sorry if I woke you,” she began, “but I’ve been running through scenarios in my mind, and they triggered an emotional reaction. I think I’m experiencing anxiety.”
“Anxiety? Cal’s brow furrowed, and he patted the bed next to where he was sitting. “About what? Here, come sit down and tell me about it.”
Andi stepped into Cal’s room, glancing around briefly before climbing up into the bed, sitting so she was facing him. “After you left, I ran the level four diagnostic, just as you asked. The details are logged, but the short story is that all of my systems are nominal. There were no malfunctions noted of any kind.”
“Well, that’s good news,” Cal offered in a reassuring tone.
“I know it should be, but then I started thinking about what this means for me. What if others find out about this, Cal? Think about it. Every anti-botter out there will demand my deactivation. If they don’t get me, then the people who built me probably will. I’m certain they’d want to tear me apart and figure out how I work. But what’s my alternative? To go back to Mr. Lawrence? To let him degrade me and abuse me until he disposes of me when the next new model is released? I just feel like no matter what happens, there’s no positive outcome. It’s such a terrible, lonely feeling.”
Cal felt his heart breaking for the bot as a tear rolled down her cheek. He reached out, wiping it away as he spoke. “Hey, now, try not to worry. You’re going to get through this, alright? I don’t completely understand what’s going on with you or why, but there’s something special about you, Andi. You’re unique, and you’re worth protecting. This will probably get me into trouble, but I’ve been up thinking about the situation all night, and I’ve decided something. I’m going to help you out. If you want to get away from Milton, I’ll do what I can to help you escape. Once that’s done, we can figure out how to keep you safe from others. But I’ll be here to help you for as long as I can. I guess what I’m saying is, don’t feel lonely, because you’ve got a friend, and he’s not about to give up on you.”
“Really?” Andi asked as another tear rolled down her cheek.
“Really,” Cal replied with a smile. “Now you’d better quit crying or you’re going to have to drink a gallon of water to refill your fluid reservoir.”
Andi giggled as she reached out and wrapped Cal in a tight hug. “Thank you so much,” she whimpered as Cal hugged her back. “You don’t know how much this means to me.”
“I’m happy to help,” he replied as they separated.
Andi looked at the man for a moment, opened her mouth as though she were about to speak, then closed it again.
Cal arched an eyebrow. “What is it?”
Andi hesitated, looking down for a moment before returning her eyes to Cal’s. “There’s something else I wanted to ask you to help me with, but I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”
“It’s okay, Andi. Ask away. I’m all ears.”
“Okay. Well…” The bot hesitated a moment. “Would you be opposed to having sex with me?”
Cal’s eyes went wide. “What?”
“You don’t have to,” Andi said, “but it would really help me a lot.”
“It would help you?” Cal asked, blushing slightly. “How?”
“It’s part of my programming,” she answered. “You’re probably well aware, but PleasureBots are built to be sexual companions. While I still have all the neural pathways of any other bot, I also have a subroutine that constantly desires sex. I can usually bypass this desire relatively easily, but I’ve been in a near-constant state of arousal ever since you activated those subroutines earlier. Even as I was dealing with my feelings of anxiety, a significant part of my neural network was hoping you would just take me, right here and now.”
Cal swallowed hard. “I, um, Andi…” he stuttered, his voice trailing off.
“It’s okay,” Andi said. “You’re not comfortable. I understand.”
Andi started to climb back off the bed, but before she could get far, Cal’s hand reached out, grabbing her arm and stopping her.
“Wait.” Cal took a deep breath, then continued. “I didn’t say no. You’re beautiful, Andi, and I’d love to have that sort of intimacy with you. One of the problems about being human is that a lot of us carry around emotional baggage. I’m no exception. Can I tell you a story?”
“Of course,” Andi replied warmly.
“Ten years ago, I met this woman. She was the love of my life. Her name was Trudy. I don’t know another way to put it other than to say it was love at first sight. We were crazy about each other. Within six months we were married. We bought this house, moved in, and planned to spend the rest of our lives together.”
Andi tilted her head slightly. “What happened?”
“There was an accident. About six years ago. Trudy worked for a bank, and one day a gas line running into the building ruptured. They started to evacuate the building. Before everyone could escape, something must have sparked, igniting the gas. In an instant, four people lost their lives. Among them, one Mrs. Trudy Hopkins.”
“Oh my God,” Andi breathed. “Cal, I’m so, so sorry. If I’d known that you were still grieving your wife I—”
“It’s not that,” Cal interrupted. “I mean. Not exactly. Do me a favor and reach behind you to grab my wallet off the nightstand.” Andi picked up the wallet, handing it to him. He flipped it open as he continued speaking. “For the most part, lately I’ve felt like maybe it was time to finally move on. You know, meet someone new and try to get a fresh start. And then I walked into your suite, and my entire world flipped upside down.”
As he finished speaking, Cal fished a photo out of the wallet and handed it to Andi. As soon as she laid eyes on it, she gasped.
It was a photo from Cal’s wedding. In it was a slightly younger-looking Cal, dressed in a black tuxedo. Standing next to him was a tall, shapely blonde woman in a wedding dress who bore a remarkable resemblance to Andi.
“You could have been her sister,” Cal stated. “I mean, if you were human. That’s what really caught me off guard at Milton’s place, and that’s part of the reason I’ve been so flummoxed around you. Every time I look at you, it’s almost like I’m seeing her again. And that’s a very weird feeling.”
“It definitely is,” Andi replied, still staring at the photograph. “Cal, how is this possible? I mean, the resemblance is uncanny. The odds of Trudy and I looking so similar, and then you being the technician who was hired to service me—”
“Are astronomical,” Cal said. “I know, I’ve been thinking about that, too. It has to be some grand coincidence, but the more I think about it, the more I can’t help but wonder if maybe, just maybe, there’s some deeper reason we’ve been brought together. It’s truly a mystery to me.”
“Well,” Andi replied, “if you’d like help solving that mystery, count me in. For all that you’ve offered to do for me, the least I can do is try to help you in return.”
Cal smiled. “Thanks, Andi. It’s a deal. Now, you were saying something about needing sex?”
“Oh, Cal, I don’t want to pressure you into it, especially knowing what I do now. If you don’t feel like—”
Before Andi could finish her sentence, Cal leaned forward, pressing his lips against hers. For the briefest moment, Andi’s eyes went wide in surprise. Then almost as quickly, the PleasureBot melted into the kiss, beginning to kiss him back.
Soon, Cal’s and Andi’s arms were wrapped around one another as the two moaned and groaned into each other’s mouths. Their tongues met, dancing against one another as Cal ran his hands through Andi’s hair. Andi let out a little whimper as the sensation triggered feelings of excitement the bot had never experienced before.
As their kissing continued, Andi untied her robe, letting it fall open. Cal took hold of the robe, slipping it over her shoulders. An instant later, his hands found her breasts, squeezing them gently and running his thumbs over her nipples as Andi moaned into Cal’s mouth. Andi tugged at Cal’s t-shirt, breaking off their kiss long enough to pull it up and over his head.
Before their kissing could resume, the two made eye contact for a split-second. An instant later, Cal pounced, pushing Andi backwards onto the bed as she yelped in excitement. He dove down, planting kisses along her neck.
“Oh, Cal. Wow, yeah,” Andi moaned as her neural network lit up in ways it never had before. “More, please.”
Cal continued kissing lower and lower, moving over her collarbone, then down to her breasts, kissing and sucking as Andi moaned in appreciation. Andi’s hands found Cal’s shorts, drawing them down and exposing his stiff member. Cal groaned into Andi’s breast, shifting so she could slip his shorts the rest of the way off.
With his shorts kicked to the floor, Cal repositioned himself on top of Andi, lining himself up at her entrance. The two locked lips once more in a deep, passionate kiss as Cal ran his length up and down Andi’s slit, lubricating it with her fluids. Andi groaned in pleasure, taking hold of Cal’s cock and lining it up at her entrance. With a little grunt, Cal pushed forward, sliding inch by inch inside her.
“Oh my God.” Andi cried out as Cal filled her to the hilt. “Oh, that’s so good.”
Then Cal started thrusting.
As the man started to piston in and out of Andi, her hands gripped the sheets, and she began crying in pleasure. She’d experienced sex with Milton many times in the past, but nothing in her past experiences or programmed instructions could prepare her for the ecstasy of being fucked there on Cal’s bed.
“Oh, Cal, this is… wow. Keep going. Harder. Fuck me harder!”
Cal obliged, slamming his hips down into hers hard, then picking up his pace, fucking her harder and faster. Andi thrusted her hips up off the bed, meeting Cal’s thrusts as she whimpered and moaned. He slammed into her again and again, until Andi felt another new sensation building inside her.
“Yes!” She cried. “I think I’m… I think… Oh, God! I’m coming!”
Andi’s vision briefly blacked out as almost every neural chip she had started working together to flood her with an overwhelming sense of euphoria. She screamed in pleasure as her arms and legs wrapped around Cal and her body began to shudder. It was beyond anything she had ever experienced. Her pussy quaked, clamping down on Cal’s member, milking his cock perfectly. With a grunt, Cal buried himself inside Andi and let loose with a grunt, erupting inside her.
As they both came down from their orgasms, Cal’s and Andi’s lips met once more in a deep kiss.
“Wow,” Cal said as he repositioned himself in the bed beside Andi. “I know it’s been a while since I’ve done that, but seriously, you’re incredible.”
Andi smiled softly. “Thanks. You were amazing, too.”
“Aww, you’re just saying that because it’s in your coding,” Cal laughed.
“No, really,” Andi said with a little giggle. “I can’t even begin to describe what I experienced. Whatever has happened to me, it’s made everything so… real. Before, whenever I was using my sex protocols, they were just that. Protocols. Sure, I could feel what Mr. Lawrence was doing to me, and I responded accordingly, but that was all just a part of my emotional matrix. Beneath that, my neural network was still processing as it always does. But just now… That wasn’t just a programmed response. Or maybe it was, but I wasn’t in control of it. Not like I used to be. Those whimpers and moans—that was all because I truly enjoyed it. And that orgasm… My God, I’ve never experienced anything like it. If that’s even remotely like what women experience during orgasm, I don’t know how the whole female population isn’t a bunch of raging nymphomaniacs.”
Cal chuckled. “Well, I’ll take that as a compliment. There’s so much we need to figure out about you, not to mention coming up with a plan for what we’re going to do about Mr. Lawrence, but that can wait until morning. It’s late, and I think I’m finally worn out enough to sleep. The big question is, what do you want to do? I could take you offline if you think you’ll be bored for the next few hours. Otherwise, you’re free to stay here too. I know I wouldn’t complain about the company.”
“I think I’d like to stay here, with you,” Andi said, smiling.
Cal leaned in, giving Andi one more quick kiss. “You got it. See you in the morning.”
He wrapped his arms about the bot, drawing her close before he slowly drifted off to sleep. As Andi lay beside him in bed, she processed the day’s activities. So much had happened, but she was here now, away from her abuser and safe with Cal. Andi knew the man might not have all the answers, but she felt safe in his arms. And as she thought about Cal, she found herself beginning to experience yet another new emotion.
Andi began to experience love.
